We faced the task of revitalizing an inconsistent and outdated Integrations page that had to support the needs of over 2000+ shops while being scalable for even more features and 3rd party connections in the near future. This overhaul meant rethinking everything from the ground up.

The user interface of the web page should be visually refreshed and use new components from the Bootstrap 5.3v library, which we are using elsewhere in non legacy areas of the app.

The redesign should make key features easier to find and use, remove underperforming features, and ensure we show the right content to the user across the Integration page.

The Integrations page as a whole had a whole lot of marketing terms and different Fullbay branded buckets used as different price brackets, so we needed a way to combine them.

The redesign of the Integrations page into Fullbay Connect introduced a user-friendly page and accomplished both an upgrade in functionality and aesthetics, ultimately improving user satisfaction and helping drive revenue growth.
