Zoos play a major role in conservation, education, and research but they rely heavily on funding from visitors. While tours and events help people learn more, they can be costly and inconsistent. The challenge was to design a better way for visitors to engage, explore, and understand both the animals and the zoo's broader mission.

Users struggled to access core content. They didn’t know where to look for animal info, how to explore more details, or how to purchase tickets and schedule events. The structure made it too easy to miss key parts of the experience.
